Multiple tasks to a job 

NextMinute allows you to create as many tasks or site visits per job that you need, to get the job done. You can choose to create a single job and assign it to one or more workers, OR you can choose to create individual scheduled tasks assigned to different workers on different days.  Assign them all to the same job for better control. It's very flexible.
 

Consolidate the detail

What makes this architecture very powerful is that any photo's, charges or invoices that you apply to a task or job, all roll up to the parent job. You never lose anything! Bill the job and all associated tasks or just a single task. It's up to you.

Recurring jobs and tasks

Within each job you can have as many recurring tasks as you want. These are created using the same recurrence patterns that you've come to know with Microsoft Outlook and other calendaring products.

Record accurate timesheets

The timer function allows workers to accurately record the time spent whilst on a job or task. Choose the appropriate charge out rate and you see all timesheets in real-time.
 
 

Centralised activity tracking

 Any change to your data is recorded as an activity log that is updated in real-time. When the team accepts or rejects a job, you are notified. If a photo is uploaded, you can see it.  The global activity log can be searched so you'll never lose any data again and job activity is filed and organised.

Mapping & driving directions

See the jobs on a map so you can schedule and allocate work more efficiently.  Your team sees the job address, then can access turn-by-turn driving directions using their mobile device.  Getting lost is a thing of the past.

 
 

Control permissions

If you're worried about giving your contractors and staff access to sensitive information, then don't! With permissions you have total control. 

You control who can see what info, and if you change a group's permissions, it is updated on their device instantly.
