1. Promotion Overview

The NextMinute Annual Survey Giveaway (the "Promotion") is conducted by NextMinute.com ("the Promoter"). By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to current customers of NextMinute who are residents of New Zealand and Australia and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
2.2 A current customer is defined as an individual or business with an active, paid NextMinute subscription at the time of entry and prize draw.
2.3 Employees of NextMinute, its affiliates, agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must:

• Be a current customer of NextMinute;
• Complete the NextMinute Annual Survey in full; and
• Provide their contact details at the end of the survey.
  3.2 Only one entry per person is permitted.
  3.3 Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 The Promotion begins on 25 February 2025 and ends on 31 March 2025 at 11:59 PM NZDT (the "Promotion Period").
4.2 Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. Prize Details

5.1 There are four (4) Bunnings gift cards, each valued at $500 NZD or AUD, depending on the winner’s country of residence.
5.2 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
5.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards once they have been issued.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends.
6.2 The prize draw will take place on, and winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a new winner.

7. General Conditions

7.1 By entering, participants consent to the Promoter using their first name and business name for promotional purposes if they win.
7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant, including confirming their NextMinute subscription status.
7.3 The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond its reasonable control affects the integrity or fairness of the Promotion.
7.4 The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Privacy

8.1 Any personal information provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Promotion and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
