What's the difference between Admin & Team Member users?

Admin Users are the bosses — they’ve got the keys to the whole shed. They can run jobs, quotes, invoices, timesheets, schedules, and set the rules for the crew.

Team Members are your on-site tradies. They only see what matters for them: their schedule, job details, and site diaries. They can upload photos, log hours, and send notes from the ute or job site. Keeps things simple for the crew while the boss stays across the big picture.

Are there any fixed-term contracts?

No — there are no lock-in contracts with NextMinute. You pay month to month for the users you need, and you can cancel anytime. Just give us a heads-up before your next billing date so we can stop the charges.

Does NextMinute work with Xero and MYOB?
