Customer Review

"Man the most important thing for me is being able to just ring someone to get the support when I don’t know how to do something in the programme. I’ve come from a major PM software called which is offshore and received very limited support. Ryan and the guys have been wicked to say the least."

Common Questions

We’ve answered the ones we hear most from builders and tradies.

Is the pricing inclusive of GST?

The prices listed on our site are GST exclusive. The standard 10% Goods & Services Tax will be added to your total at the checkout.

Are there limits on how many jobs or projects I can run at once?

None at all. Every plan allows for unlimited projects and jobs, so you can track as many multi-stage builds or renovations as you need without worrying about chewing up your margin with extra fees.

Can I get help moving my data over from another system?

Too easy. Our Sydney-based crew can help you import your existing jobs, contacts, and quotes from spreadsheets or other apps. We'll even help set it up during your trial so you’re ready to go from day one.

Will I get support from real people if I'm having a bit of trouble?

You bet. You won't be talking to robots or overseas call centres—you'll get onto our local Sydney team like Ryan, or Tarsha. They actually understand the construction industry and are happy to jump on a call to get you sorted.

Does NextMinute integrate with accounting software like Xero or MYOB?

It definitely does. We offer a two-way sync with Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks so your invoices, supplier bills, and timesheets flow through without you having to enter the same data twice.

Are all the features included in the cheaper plans?

Every plan comes with full access to every single feature, including job planning, Gantt charts, and back costing. We don't believe in charging extra for the good gear; the only difference in price is based on how many people you have in your crew.

Is there a free trial available to test it out?

Yep, you can grab a 10-day free trial to give it a proper crack. You don't even need to put in any credit card details to get started—just jump in and see if it fits your workflow.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract to use the software?

Not at all. We stick to simple month-to-month pricing so there are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel anytime without any dramas, just let us know before your next billing date.

What is the difference between an Admin and a Team Member user?

Admin users have full control over the business—they handle the quotes, invoicing, scheduling, and financial reporting. Team Members get a simplified version of the app suited for the crew on-site to log timesheets, view site plans, and snap progress photos.

How much does NextMinute cost for an Australian trade business?

Pricing is based on the size of your crew, starting at $159 per month (GST exclusive) for the Tradie plan which covers 3 users. If you've got a bigger team, the Tradie Plus and Tradie Pro plans cover up to 15 users, and we can sort out a custom Tradie Max plan if you’re running a larger operation.
