The Sorted Office

We are a small bookkeeping practice based in the Manawatū, but we can help anywhere in New Zealand.

‍

If you're flat out running jobs and the books are falling behind, we’ll sort it. We help tradies get on top of their numbers, fix messy accounts, and make sure your software actually works for you. No jargon, no fluff—just solid, practical support that makes life easier.
‍

Here’s what we do:
‍

• Tame the paper monster – We wrangle your receipts, invoices, and transactions and get them sorted in Xero like pros.
• Make sense of the numbers – We help you track costs by job or client, so you actually know what’s making you money.
• Clean up the chaos – Got a bookkeeping mess? We’ll fix it, set up systems that actually work, and stop the same mistakes from happening again.
• Payroll made painless – We’ll help you pay your team right and on time, without the headaches.
• Training that makes sense – Want to keep your books in-house? We’ll come to you and show you how to use Xero and other admin tools without the jargon.
• Streamlining your workflow
• Managing email and schedules
